Potato Salad
Bring to boil and let sit in the water for 10 to 15 minutes:
1 LB fingerling potatoes
Cool and mix with the following:
½ bunch dill chopped
2 or 3 dill pickles chopped
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
Dress with the following mixture:
3 Tbsp flax or olive oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp, Alertec brand name. Alertec mg, Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
